I used the old BoxRay app. Where are my boxes?
They came with you. Sign in with the same email address you used before. BoxRay will email you a code to sign in with.
How do I restore Premium on a new phone?
Open Settings, tap Premium, then tap Restore.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then BoxRay Premium.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Open Settings in BoxRay and tap Export to get a CSV of every item, its box, location and tags.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in BoxRay and tap Delete account. Your account, boxes, items and photos are deleted.
Can I share a box?
Yes. Open the box, tap Share, and enter the other person's email. They can see the box and add items.
